How long does shipping take for UK orders?
We offer standard shipping which typically takes 2-3 working days, and a next-day delivery service for orders placed before 2pm Monday through Thursday.
Do you ship skateboards internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the package.
What is your return policy for footwear and hardware?
You can return any unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please note that we cannot accept returns on custom-built complete skateboards.
Are the skateboards sold fully assembled?
We sell both individual components and complete setups. If you purchase a 'Complete Skateboard', it will arrive fully assembled. If you buy a deck and parts separately, you can request assembly in the order notes.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer Klarna for customers who wish to pay in installments.
How do I know what size skateboard deck I need?
Deck size is largely preference, but generally, wider decks (8.25"+) are better for transition and ramps, while narrower decks (7.75" - 8.0") are preferred for technical street skating. Check our size guide for more details.
